A web-based tool that allows both internal and external supported customers to submit feedback on the service received from a specific support person. This system has an initial self-service set up for each user where they receive their own Like My Service feedback link. The link can then be attached to an email signature to be distributed to customers as a method for soliciting feedback or to review feedback that has been received. The feedback responses are stored as historical data and are made available in a dashboard view of the tool. In the Manager's dashboard the feedback for their entire team can be viewed collectively. The team feedback can be used by team managers as an optional source of information in the performance evaluation process of their direct reports.
